Evidence-informed, family-centred, community-building

Prior to pursuing midwifery, I completed a degree in Child and Youth Care in Toronto and worked in the field for several years. During this time, I found myself drawn to birth work and decided to explore my interests further by working as a doula. My passion for supporting individuals during their pregnancy journey only grew from there, and I ultimately decided to make the leap and change careers completely.

I strongly believe in body autonomy and informed choice, and I am committed to empowering my clients to make informed decisions about their healthcare. One of the things I enjoy most about being a midwife is the lasting connection I am able to build with my clients through the continuity of care.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to provide care to the communities in the South Okanagan and feel deeply honored to be living and working on the ancestral and traditional territory of the Syilx Nation. I feel privileged to call this beautiful place home.

Outside of midwifery, you can find me backpacking through the mountains, cooking up a storm, practicing yoga and recently hanging out on the pickleball court!
